The Houlton Group was started in 2019 to provide expertise in Humanitarian Supply Chain Operations. Keith Neroutsos, the principal consultant, is a strategic leader that excels in creating systems and processes to improve supply chain performance.

The Houlton Group is available for short and long term projects. We set daily rates based on a variety of factors to accommodate all clients.
